At the moment, we update the stock of the product manually at specific times. For this reason, in some cases, even if the product is shown on the website, the distribution or delivery of the product may be disrupted due to the stock running out after ordering.
  6. Proyozon.shop is committed and uncompromising when it comes to the quality of the book. However, if any product has any unexpected defect or does not match the description given on the website, Proyozon.shop must be informed within three working days of delivery. Proyozon.shop will exchange it within the next seven working days, subject to verification of the complaint. In the case of products manufactured by other companies, the time may take a little longer.
  7. The prices of the products displayed on the website are shown in Bangladeshi currency (BDT). In case of price discrepancy due to technical error, the authority reserves the right to cancel the order at any time
  8. Your order or order will be considered a proposal to us; not a sales contract. The sales contract will be completed by handing over the order to you.
  9. The customer will be confirmed (Approve) within two working days of placing the order. The order delivery process will start from the next moment as per our shipping policy. Proyozon.shop reserves the right to cancel the order based on the stock of the product and in case of advance payment, the customer will be refunded as per our refund and return policy.
  10. You may cancel your order up to the time your order is shipped. Once an order is shipped, the customer loses the right to cancel the order for both cash on delivery and paid orders.
